The killers of humanity's Great Men used to operate in the dark, their deeds shielded by government/corporate/media henchmen. Now they are exposed for all to see. As the saying goes, "sunlight is the best disinfectant."

Hi Sohail; a girl is not allowed to marry without the consent of her parents - but there are exception to this rule. If her parents don't act prudently and they act against the principles of Islam marriages and family Islamic law; then the girl can go to any court and marry there. And marrying without the consultation of parents without legal and ethical grounds is primarily illegal under Islamic statutes.

Salam Sara; yes you can marry with any muslim non-national UAE but on the same time Islam bind you to get consent of your parents. And if parents don't give consent without any cogent reasons and legal grounds then you can sort to the courts but you will have to loose your passport of UAE. Goodluck.

Paintings from ancient Persia showed so many graceful, beautiful clothes. Layers included salwar or pants, a long dress, and long sleeveless vests or coats with sahes of rich materials. The women were depicted as modest but elegant. By comparison, these outfits are quite horrible - baggy, drab, or with ghastly prints - no wonder the models look so depressed. Iran has become so colorless and unhappy - where is the joy and beauty? Wish you could return to yesteryear fro some grat fashions. In the seventies when I visited the region, the women of teheran were praised as the most elegant and beautiful of all, from Turkey to India. Now it looks so sad.

I love the last sentences: rob my land , invade my home and call it " Democracy. '
Ignore my people's final say in an election because the Westerners don't like it , make a lot of noise about a girl dead by my own agents , put the onus on the shoulder of my government make a fabricated story and then call the leaders of my country " dictator, crazy and ...."
Never mind , God is with us.
did u see what Ahmadinejad told Larry king about the similarities of the death of Neda a a girl an Venezuela coup?

Ah dearest Shahrazad, I don't think any feeling person and much less a mother can condone oppression and injustice in any form--no matter who it is coming from, but I have noticed a lot of fighting words full of hatred which obviously doesn't come from the heart. People aren't aware of the effects of their words in the air once it leaves their mouths--and once said, it can't be taken back. And as for God, if I could only tell you how much I even fear to say His name in any language dearest Shahrazad....I fear Him more than you will ever know or could ever imagine...to an extreme level. But darling, when are you going to go back to writing nice, sweet, beautiful things? I truly dislike politics. But then again, I was thinking, OK, so everybody wants to blow everybody else off the map (so far my race hasn't been mentioned in all the heat), but one-by-one at this pace humanity will find an excuse to hate his brother in humanity to erase him off the map once the previous hated one has disappeared. Suppose everybody starts sending off bombs right and left and there's a nice hugh fire works display in the sky we'll all be able to watch from around the world...the after affects would remain for those unfortunate remaining people. I have spoken to people who survived war in Vietnam and El Salvador and seen how to this day kids playing in the fields of Cambodia get limbs blown away--now that is very sad. As brothers of humanity, why don't we bring people up to their highest potentials in honor of Allah, instead of investing so much money in methods of mass destruction? I truly don't understand--but then again I am happy in serving people through my work and living in constant zhikr.
