During my second visit to India, I fell in love with Indian cuisine. Later, I took a course on how to cook it. I recommend the book “Indian Cooking” by Madhur Jaffrey. It contains basic information and recipes using ingredients that are easy to find in any country.

Oops! “Indian Cooking” is not an ebook, but it is widely availabe in various countries.
